Ready, to inspire and equip earmarked youth leaders nation-wide by taking them on a special journey of self-discovery, challenging dialogues, and experiential moulding of their moral authority, credibility and confidence in becoming cutting-edge leaders.

Building on the foundations of personal mastery, competence development is extended into the public domain where students would exercise, practice and demonstrate their skills and grasp of subject matter in the platforms of their teams and organisations. Incorporating the essence of The Leadership Challenge®, this Summit seeks to transform young minds and boost their leadership pedigree while equipping them with very needed and useful skill sets, immediately applicable in their leadership functions and roles in their various fields of Councils, Prefectorial Boards, Peer Support Leaders, CCA and Uniformed Groups.
